Through our website strategy process, we mapped out user personas, planned key user journeys and flows. And analysed the best-in-class experiences in the market to create a website that matches the luxury food market.

The Little Things

Echoing the luxury food market, we focussed on designing surprise and delight moments, including animation imagery, illustrated iconography, and an elevated shopping experience that helps people understand the tasting notes of each and every item before they even try them.
